When visiting the salon you may be asked for your personal details and possibly medical information in order for me to advise you about the treatments you are enquiring about. This will be destroyed securely on site at your request if you do not wish to go ahead with any treatments.
If you do wish to be treated you will be required to fill in a thorough consultation form containing personal and medical details, which will be securely stored in the salon and only accessed by myself. This is required for Insurance purposes as well as to personalise your experience. You have the right to view this information at any time and ask for it to be destroyed after the legal requirements by law have expired (6 years).
You will now be required to fill in a consent form to indicate that you understand how I use and store data, and to give permission to how I may contact you IE, by email, text etc . This will be updated yearly.
Please rest assured that I never share ANY information with third parties.
